Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst – Currently Hiring!

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
• Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst in good standing
• Two years of experience in providing early intervention services for young children with autism
• Pass criminal background check

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with VBMAPP and ABLLS assessments
• CPR/First Aid Certified

Responsibilities

• Assist BCBAs with caseload management, including developing treatment goals, protocols, and data collection procedures
• Oversee and implement initial and ongoing training of behavior technicians, and provide supervision for RBTs, per BACB requirements
• Conduct behavioral and skills assessments, with guidance from BCBAs, including VBMAPP, ABLLS, PEAK, functional assessments and analyses
• Assist BCBAs with protocol modifications and caregiver training
• Provide direct therapy services as a floater, and other billable services when applicable
• Assist BCBAs and supervisors with reports, including assessments, treatment plans, progress reports, and quarterly reports
• Oversee and implement various workshops, such as social skills, school-readiness, and play groups
• Assist with in-house quarterly training days
• Accurately complete required documentation, including session notes, reports, and treatment plans
• Train and consult with caregivers and other professionals
